• Is there free parking nearby?
  Free parking is on Pomeroy Street SE14 (4 min walk).
  Pay parking between hours 8.30am and 6.30pm on Clifton Crescent SE15 (3 min walk)

• What shall I bring?
  Bring two towels, (one to sit on in the sauna), swimwear, sliders or sandals and a padlock if you want to secure your locker.

• Do you do women only or silent sessions?
  Not at the moment. We will introduce these as demand grows.

• I forgot to bring a towel/sliders/swimmers, can I borrow them?
  Yes we have spare sliders to borrow. Towels are available to rent for £2 each or 2 for £3.

• What temperature are the cold plunges?
  Arctic: 3°C
  Baltic: 10°C
  North Sea: 10°C
